Lon Welsh started Your Castle Real Estate. YCRE employs 700+ people, has five offices and closed over 4,400 transactions in 2020. Lon co-founded First Alliance Title. His time is spent on technology, investment, and sales. He is the author of seven books about productivity and the real-estate industry. He is also a frequent speaker and lecturer on the current state in Denver’s real estate market. Lon has been a landlord since 2000. Lon has a large portfolio of investment properties that includes single-family rentals and office buildings. He has sold and developed dozens of homes. Lon worked eight years with Deloitte (Accenture) as a strategy consultant before he founded Your Castle Real Estate. He received his undergraduate business degree from the University of Iowa. He holds a Vanderbilt MBA. He is the father of three teenage children. He enjoys wine, golfing, tennis, and skiing in his spare time.
